Prohibited - Act of AI learning and using related programs without Admin’s permission

Absolutely prohibited AI learning of VB’s assets (Voice, Illust, etc…). 
  Also prohibited for personal use purpose learning.
 

Absolutely Prohibition on AI training, output, and use. Please ONLY use officially distributed VBs.
  Therefore, the use of AI like voice changers or other AI (one example: svc) is Strictly prohibited.

If User violates THIS regulation without permission from the admin, 
  the admin may request that the user stop uploading any posted regulation violations, 
  and can impose other legal sanctions on users and demand damages -financial payments- for violations.
 

Users must comply with the applicable sanctions and pay financial compensation.
However, financial sanctions for violations are not the acquisition of a license.
